The Prism website

Prism (prism.ziyarex.com) is a learning tool built on YouTube content. When you create an account we store your email address, display name, and the learning data you create — projects, saved videos, notes, quiz attempts, and watch history — in Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore) so your library syncs across devices. We use PostHog for product analytics (which features are used, anonymized usage events tied to your account id). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

The “Add to Prism” browser extension

The extension collects no data and sends nothing to us or anyone else. Everything it stores stays in your browser's local extension storage: your Prism site URL, and a mirror of your own Prism project list and recent watch history (read from the Prism site you are signed in to) so it can show badges, filter YouTube in focus mode, and list your recent videos. No browsing activity, page content, or personal information is collected, transmitted, or shared. Uninstalling the extension removes all of it.

Your data, your call

You can delete your notes, projects, and history from Settings at any time. To delete your account and all synced data, contact us and we'll remove it.
